Ariadne has officially given up the ghost.
I can’t even start my laptop up now. Feeling seriously frustrated; honestly I’d much rather lose my phone than have my computer break down on me. For one thing, mobile phones cost much less, and it doesn’t have as much important information on it as my computer does.
I will hold Fujitsu’s CEO hostage and set their offices on fire if I can’t retrieve all my documents. My computer holds half my life - photos, music, schoolwork, portfolio stuff, writings. Oh God all my poetry and stuff.
I still haven’t learnt. Was going to backup last week but forgot about it. Just goes to show what I know.
If I move home next semester I guess I’ll look into getting a desktop and hope Ariadne lasts long enough just to go from home to school. If all else fails I have my shuffle and thumb drive to transport files and stuff.
My heart is silently breaking. My laptop. *wails* My precious.
I need all my documents!! I need my portfolio for my interviews when (or if) they materialize.
Which they aren’t.
Yes, I’m still whining about that.
