Ten simple pleasures

- Receiving an unexpected compliment or declaration of affection
- Having a craving for something - jasmine milk tea, sashimi, fried chicken - and being able to satisfy it that same day
- Lying on the beach in a bikini soaking up the sun
- Lunch or dinner with good friends with good conversation
- When Sasha jumps onto my bed when I’m about to fall asleep, climbs over my body and plonks herself down right in the crook of my arm, resting her head on my shoulder and falling asleep. Fuzzy happy feeling
- New earrings/necklaces/clothes (Mango sale today!)
- A manicure :P
- Planning short trips around the region to Phuket, Bangkok, etc
- Plugging into my iPod when I’m outside and just soaking up my music
- A hug
